Set your youth athlete up for success with the Recalibrated Strength & Conditioning Strength and Speed program. The goal of this program is to build a strong foundation for the youth athletes (6th-12th grade) of Baton Rouge so that they can succeed in any athletic venture they desire.

The activities of our camp are geared towards athletes playing ANY SPORT.

Attendees will work on the following areas:
– Acceleration
– Sprint Speed
– Jump Height
– Core Strength
– Injury Prevention
– Overall Athleticism

Junior Varsity

Entering 5th-8th Grade

Starting on June 7th

Meets Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9-10:15AM (sessions are billed individually at $15/session)
This program is designed for our younger athletes. The more general demands of this group require activities that develop the foundation of speed, strength, and athleticism. We will focus on running technique, change-of direction drills, and injury prevention.

Entering 9th-12th Grade

Starting on June 7th

Meets Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri  at 10:15-11:30AM (sessions are billed individually at $18/session)
Our high school athletes will be put through an intensive program that will combine formal weight room training with speed and agility drills to fully enhance their athletic potential. This program will provide any athlete the foundation upon which they can go into their respective sport and have the upper hand.
