Our bread-and-butter program does exactly what the name entails: prepares you for a vast and diverse group of physical efforts. We have combined the best parts of strength & conditioning and coach-led group fitness to craft a safe and effective program that will prove to be the best 60 minutes of your day. Elements of each hour will include barbells, dumbbells, body weight training, and cardio-intensive conditioning.
