FOUNDATIONS

This program is mandatory for members who are new to high intensity multi-joint movements. The foundations consists of four private coaching sessions and teaches you the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit, which will prepare you for group class. (4 private sessions.)

CROSSFIT KINGFISH

CrossFit is our primary program. This class is focused on the CrossFit methodology, constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. The program selects the most effective exercises from multiple workouts and sports regimens and is focused on increasing work capacity across broad time and modal domains.

Based off the CrossFit methodology, this program is designed for those looking for high intensity group workouts without intimidating complex movements. This class is also good for advanced members who want to enhance their conditioning.

This program is a direct way to achieve your individual goals, we work with clients from all levels and backgrounds of fitness. Our coaches will help you define your goals, design a customized program for you and personally guide you on your fitness journey. Your coach ensures that each session is as effective and efficient as possible.

INDIVIDUAL DESIGN

In some cases athletes need and want specifically designed programs to fit their needs and maximize performance. We offer both remote and on-site individual program design for athletes. Both options begin with an assessment phase to develop a plan and understand the athlete’s specific needs, background, goals and level of ability.

CROSSFIT KIDS

(Age 10-14) CrossFit Kids is an exciting and fun way for them to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. Our Coaches provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability and skill levels. We will focus on the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Because every kid deserves to feel like a REAL ninja!

At Recalibrated Strenth & Conditioning, our ninja warrior obstacle course is the perfect setting for any child’s birthday party or special event! Combining fun activities like our zip line, rope swings, warped walls, and climbing nets, your 5-12 year olds are sure to get the best physical challenge of their young lives!

PARTY DETAILS:

  • 1.5 hours in length + 15 minute arrival/waiver signup
  • Coach led activities for an hour
  • 30 minute party room for cake & presents
  • All kids will receive a certificate of Ninja school completion
  • Birthday Child will receive a t-shirt
  • Host parents will receive a FREE week of our adult Hybrid fitness class.

$20/head after 40 kids
*50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit required to secure date. Remainder balance due 5 days prior to party.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

Any child at least 5 years old is welcome to host their party at RSC.
Children under 4 years old are not allowed on gym floor for safety reasons.

PARTY ROOMS:

We supply tables & chairs, a fridge, and freezer. Everything else is up to you! Decorations are allowed with no tape on the walls.

WAIVERS:

Each guest must have their waiver form signed by THEIR legal guardian. Waivers will be emailed to the host parents prior to the party & will also be available upon drop off.
